DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS VENDOR. I purchased two teams from this store at 11:30 in the morning and decided to take back one of those I teams at 2:30 pm. The sales lady went back and got the owner, Jeremy I believe. He came to the front with an obvious attitude and an uninviting demeanor. He then proceeded to tell me I couldn’t return the item. He said it was a store policy of no returns. I asked him where the sign was that said that. He literally pulled a sign out from under a stack of clothing and accessories to show me. Ridiculous! I was never told that nor was the sign in full view. This was a case of bait and switch. I know boutiques are suffering because of COVID but this is just an unethical business practice. I was out shopping that day and as soon as I was finished I went to return the item. It was literally 3 hours later. It would have been different if it was overnight. I know people buy clothes, wear them out, then return them but this was 3 hours. He was rude, his business practices are deceitful, and there’s no need to even shop at his store. You literally can get any item in that store for far less on the internet. I would recommend trying things on at his store and purchasing them elsewhere. I work in the hospitality industry at a management level and he desperately needs a course on consumer relations and ethical business practices. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!
