I have never been to a chiropractor I trust more than Dr. Halpin. I know I will get a thorough evaluation and all the info I need to get better. Her goal is not to keep you coming back as often as possible, but to get you better as soon as possible, giving practical solutions to do at home in addition to her treatment.

I met with Dr. James after a long period of pain. She took so much time with me to explore my history. She asked questions that helped me describe the full extent of my issue. She reviewed my ex-Ray with me, in depth. I have a good understanding of the factors that are causing my pain. She did minimal but direct work on my back. There was no intrusive or shocking treatment. Her 15-20 minutes of therapy was massage and stretching. While I need to continue therapy I already feel tremendously better. She gave me doable homework to lend to my long term health / therapy. After suffering for so long I feel renewed and hopeful. I suggest trying Dr. James treatment method .

I am the mother of a multi-disabled young Black man. This review is not concerning Dr. Jennifer James, per se; it concerns the person who owns the company in which she works! Since I had a great experience with Dr. James many years ago, I wanted my son to receive the benefit of having Dr. James assess his serious bone deformity to, at the least, give a personal, professional, prognosis for treatments. However, that need was stomped on! Never, ever have I heard of a persons self-paying money not being green enough: I wasted a lot of time trying to get this office to, at least, let Dr. James see my son ONE time, as a self-paying person. No! No! No! I was rejected, even after I had my own insurance rep inquire about getting out-of-network papers to allow this to happen, then, as a self-paying mother who wanted this second opinion: it wasnt that particular office, particularly: I wanted to have Dr. James personal attention, paid, of course, if only for, even, one session. And to add insult to injury, I was told to just let the insurance company give you a list of those doctors IN network, and choose one of them: I have that knowledge, and I already have that list: They just could not accept it that I had an, almost, Providential need to see Dr. James! Anyway, life did not stop with that slap in the face of rejection! I cant help but wonder: was it because we are Black? Im just wondering. . . By all means, see Dr. James. She is a great doctor!!
