I went there with a friend and she had the pleasure of dealing with Rachel who was completely efficient, professional and knowledgeable in solving my friend's cell phone dilemma. Kudos to the person(s) who hired Rachel, she is a total asset to your organization. ***NOTES TO CUSTOMERS*** this location has a LARGE pothole in the parking lot so drive carefully. There is no restroom in this location so plan your visit accordingly or you may end up being treated with exceptional care and service...yet you may end up leaving with a loaded diaper. The review that PCS sends for you to complete after a visit expires after 3 days. My friend is extremely busy and finally had time to fill out a great survey and when she tried to complete the survey, she received a message stating that it had expired. She is so sorry Rachel, but please share this with your management. We wish you continued success in your endeavors Rachel.
