        Awful.  Bland tasteless food.  They catered and event I attended, and I'm shocked at how bad it was.  Very cheaply done and it was obvious.  I know the company that hired them paid a pretty penny, but why they keep hiring them, I have no idea.  One of the dishes was cornbread dressing. I think they just put a bunch of crumbled cornbread in a dish, and called it dressing.  Way undercooked vegetables, and the only thing that was really edible was the mashed potatoes.  Do yourself a favor, and skip.
