The customer service is horrible. When I called to complain I was simply rescheduled (again). Noone seems to know how to actually solve anything. My scheduled tech time (for install I am not even a customer yet) was Saturday 8am-12 no one showed... chatting with a supervisor I was told to just "stop, hush and wait for the techs call." I ended up rescheduled for Monday 8am-noon (again) and noone showed.... (again) upon calling (chatting gets you no where) I find out my "ticket was never assigned to a tech" while this doesn't seem to be my fault I was told "well nothing we can do now let's reschedule you for next Saturday" I asked that I be given my time I was guaranteed and then my time gets changed to December 31,2036... I ask about this. Oh they say must be a system glitch. We well schedule you for Wednesday 8-12 (again) and what I'm just supposed to pray they show up? Guy says "we will do the best we can to make sure they show up". So I still have no service, service reps seem to not care at all, and I have to spend another entire day waiting and hoping a huge communications company can manage to communicate among themselves and actually do something about my service! Ashamed of the treatment if customers further ashamed of the company itself!

I've had the same issues for years. The picture constantly goes out and I have to reboot it the cable box. No error message. Just constantly goes out. The technicians can't fix it. They don't even come out when they say they will to fix it. Poor job by directv and their sad excuse for technicians.

Setup an appointment, took time off work and they were a no show. When I called for status, I was told they rescheduled to Friday. I took a 1/2 day off work Friday. They were a no show.... again.... when I called, I’m told a supervisor will call me in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later, I call back and I’m told appointment is moved to next Friday. DirectTV is the absolute worst. I do not need TV that bad.

They are a Rip off plain and simple!!!!
