Absolute worst experience at their apartments Bridges of Germantown.
Our apartment had a flood on Christmas night at 11p due to a sprinkler/pipe burst and there was about three to four inches of water accumulated at the time of incident. We tried to call the dedicated emergency line provided by the complex, but no one picked up so we had to result to calling 911. The water ran for about 45 minutes until the fire department was able to find the line in order to shut off the water.
Fast forward a couple of days to when management finally came to work, we were greeted by a rude response from Sarah the property manager. They had some egregious plan to renovate/fix what needed to be fixed for the next month or so while we stayed in the apartment with the damage. They made no effort in helping with a place to live and barely even cared about the incident. The manager even said "this wasn't the worse leak they have had" and told us the tenants below us (as we were on the third floor) had way worse damage than us.
We ended up going through a difficult process to break our lease and had to move without any accommodation or help from the complex.
Please avoid dealing with this place at all costs.
