Driver was late for initial pickup. Heat was not working at the time of departure. Vehicle had only 3 six inch monitors. Passenger side window cracked and broken. Driver was rude and uncourteous. She also used the contracted time to run personal errands ... leaving the bus locked and without access to our group. If this page would allow it ... my rating would be ZERO stars.

We rented a bus for our 30+ kids for Homecoming. They arrived early and were very patient. The best part was when the kids wanted to leave the dance earlier than I had set up , I called the manager/owner and he asked me to basically prove it was me calling and not a kid trying to manipulate things without permission. I gave him details of our last phone conversation and he said that he was just trying to ensure the safety of our kids since they were in their care basically. I appreciated this more than anything. Then we had a kid that lost his phone on the bus. The driver found the phone and we were able to go pick it up the next day. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will only use them in the future.
