First off, I have to say that the enclosed patio we had done does look very good. We had 3 huge sliding glass doors installed that have functioned perfectly since day one. Our first issue started with installation of additional screen doors which we were informed would be installed at a later date. Weeks turned to months as we waited on the screen doors to arrive. Finally the day came and they were installed. Though the screen doors we got seemed to be of far lower quality than other materials used in the build. The screens would continually slide off their tracks. This was due to them not moving smoothly, then flexing when additional force was used to move them. The second issue we had was water seeping in around the corners of the room during rainfall. We were assured that everything was sealed after install. It certainly was not. It was as if someone forgot to seal the room entirely. Fortunately we had another crew come in and apply polyurea floor coating, which did effectively seal all existing edges. Last issue was the discovery of cracks around panel edges that did not line up well. You have to know where to look, but you can unsee it afterwards. Indications of a sloppy installation.

I hired Marshall Brothers to redo my kitchen which I was told it would take a couple of weeks. Well it took several months. Problems after problems. I had to stop them at one point because the designs they promised never arrived and I noticed that the dishwasher was not going to fit they way the had it planned. A total Mess! Now my new floor that was put down about a year agog is coming up you can feel the floor bouncing up and down beneath your feet. Word of caution never hire or work with Marshall Brothers.

Our 2018 project is yet to be finished as we contact the office and Ms. Melissa claims to put us on the schedule. As you see it is now 2020. We need assist for completion as soon as possible due to the fact that our sunroom is leaking and flooding every time it rains or worst, storms. Why so late? I have been extremely sick and unable to address this situation. Please look into this account and give us a call or contact via email at [email protected]. I will not recommend this contractor for unfinished work. We are financing this project every month. Thank you.

Our patio was finished today and we are very happy with the result. The men were very professional and prompt. The price was very reasonable and the enclosed patio is lovely. We will definitely call Marshall Brothers again for any future updates to our property. Thanks for the hard work and your dedication to complete this project. We will enjoy spending time on this patio!
