Memphis is killing it with the indie bookstore scene. This bookstore is more the type that you can drag your reluctant partner too-there's enough "book adjacent" things for non-readers to enjoy...and if all else fails, send them to bar until it doesn't matter how much you've spent! I generally loathe brick-a-brac in a bookstore (cough cough barnes and noble), but a wednesday adams candle is exactly the kind of vibe I need). I appreciated being able to find not just paperbacks, but beautiful hardcover options. I also, loved the number of books that were faced. The quickest way to entice me to pick something up is to see the jacket in all its glory. I know it takes up space and is risky, but I loved it.

Loved this bookstore! We're visiting from out of town and I was impressed with their new releases and bookish things. The staff was very helpful and knew exactly where to find books we asked for.
