        My granddaughters attend the UofM & swear by this place. You can call & have your items held for pick-up. Plus they'll order it for you.

        Purchased a very nice pullover for my nephew for Christmas. I SPECIFiCALLY asked the gentleman when I paid if I could return it if it didn't fit. He said only for an exchange.  My nephew is growing so I specifically asked.Either the polity changed or the cashier was misinformed. Because today  I went to exchange it for a larger size (receipt in hand) & the guy at the register just looked at me and sarcastically pointed at a sign that said " no refunds or exchanges due to Covid".  I was very shocked since I specifically asked. He didn't even attempt to help. I was not asking for a refund, just a size exchange. Based on the behavior of the guy at the front & this ridiculous sign, I wouldn't spend my money there. Other places are allowing exchanges - I'll shop elsewhere & pass it on to my U of M peers.
