These guys are exceptionally courteous and friendly. The porch covering was sagging and started leaking profusely through the soffits after the ice storm in February as it caused around a 5-inch gap between the shingles and fasciae. They removed the deteriorating soffits, lifted and reinforced the fasciae and porch covering, replaced the soffits and painted. The initial quote and final cost were very reasonable for the amount of work. I highly recommend this business and intend to use them for future projects. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I contacted this company for some fascia replacement on a single side of my home. I thought the price listed on their website was fair ($250 for first hour + $125/hour after first + exact cost of materials), but when I called, there was no answer - and the prompt stated they only respond to email and text. Super weird and unprofessional, but ok - as I was typing my text, I received a text from them basically saying they saw the missed call and would be happy to text. I sent pictures, as well, and received a response that quoted a price that was about 2.5-3 times what I was expecting. When I asked for clarification as to pricing and the number of hours for the project - no response. I only received a response after I text them again to say thank you for never clarifying - that is when I was told that the prices listed on their website is for indoor projects only. Texting is unprofessional; listing prices on your website without noting "special cases" is unprofessional; not responding to potential clients is unprofessional.

We really appreciate the work that they did! We had a squirrel chew a hole through some siding in our house. After Neading came by, you can’t tell there was ever any damage. Even the paint job is perfect! They were also easy to work with. The only time they came out was to do the job- you do an online consult by taking pictures and sending it to them. They are super flexible and willing to work with you! We will definitely call them if we have more problems in the future! Service: Exterior decorating
