You all please be careful with your money at this branch. They could not find my deposit, took them a week to give me my money back. My bills were late and they didn’t care and the teller manager was very ghetto and unprofessional. She said that they new guy Desmond misplaced my money.

This bank makes doing business with them nearly impossible. had an issue with a deposit made through and ATM. The ATM locked down after it took my money in and Says TRANSACTION CANCELED no receipt, did not return my cash, does not show the deposit. Thanks for Stopping by First Tennessee/ Horizon Casino, where the House Always Wins. Called the Branch where the ATM is, to be RUDELY told "YOU NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE" and being transferred without further comment. So after, 40 minutes getting through the outdated, automated system, which I am sure was the best system money could buy in 1999. I get to speak with someone. Now I get the pleasure of being told they are filling out a Missing Deposit Form ( Not Missing your ATM took it) and It will be Two days before someone with get around to looking at it.
