Customer Service when you go into the building is great. When you open a checking account they say you can do it with $100, but if it’s under $250 there’s a $7 charge. The card does not work in Apple Pay. The card does not work at every atm. They do not have a way for your savings to automatically cover checking overdraws. They charge. But you can do it yourself in an app. They charge if they cover an item or return it. You could have 3,000 sitting in your savings and overdraw your account by $5 and you will get a fee. Just want everyone to have heads up. Update: I’m closing my bank account, I specifically asked this bank if my savings could cover the $7 charge if it came out of my account they told me NO, but as soon as the $7 charge came out of my account and my account went under they automatically took $40 from my savings. How is not possible for you take the $7 charge from my savings but you can take the $40 fee from it? I asked the lady specifically if the savings could cover it and she said there was no way for the system to be able to do it, but the system took $40 from my savings. Make it make sense. They took $40 fee (the paper said the fee is suppose to be $35 from my savings and left my bank account overdrawn by $7. This bank is a scam.
