        Too many rules no one to fix anything not good for children to play

        Zillow advertised that units were available and the lady called me back stating they weren't currently renting. I probably didn't fit the description on who to rent too.

        I have friends that live at the place, its awful that the owner of these apartments taking people money and nothing is up to City Code, Lots of pluming problems. Outside stairs are dangerous to walk up and down, The apartments are run down nothing is livable. I have contact Memphis Code Enforcement for them to do a site visit of these apartments.

        This is June 2018. I've been there for a year and a half and no problems whatsoever. Plus I have 4 children. Its very very quiet there now. In the past, I heard they were terrible but not anymore, I can assure you. The rent is affordable, no roaches and/or other pests. I love how quiet it is. The manager and leaser Derrrick is cool and laid back and will work with you on everything. He's the best. Close to schools and stores; Convenient and humble place of living.
