Had a wood infestation scheduled for 8 am to 330 pm. No show .. no call.. the customer service agent couldn't get the store manager or tech. to answer their phones. The customer service got in touch with the tech around lunch. I waited all day.. and this company does not care. The entire system is set up to where you cant get a hold of anyone but a customer service rep. No one else. Never will use this company again.

UPDATE: What do you know, Terminex responded asking me to email the same useless email address I was told to contact the first time, where I was told it was a social media email. I am contacting my Attorney General! Do not do business with Terminex! THEIR PRODUCTS DO NOT WORK & THEIR TECHNICIANS ARE USELESS!! Horrible company!! Do not hire. Terminix has been coming to my house for 7 months now & I STILL have ROACHES. THE PRODUCTS THEY USE SUCK, THEIR TECHNICIANS SUCK & ARENT KNOWLEDGEABLE AT ALL!!! Corporate CANT BE REACHED BC THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER FOR CORPORATE. I spoke to Marquita this morning & once again my local office was emailed. Marquita said if my local office doesn't reach out to me, she will contact me, basically to tell me a technician will come out again to do the same lousy job with the same USELESS CHEMICALS. This is what I was told the last time I contacted Terminix & NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME!!! I left a previous review & Terminix commented asking me to email them. When I did this, my email was responded to stating it was a social media email, yet I emailed the same email that was listed in the comment to my review. This company DOES NOT CARE & NO ONE IN CHARGE CAN BE REACHED, INCLUDING THE CEO BRETT PONTON. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TERMINIX!!!!

For about 3 weeks me and Terminix have been going back and forth over my attic insulation work. The price of this work was $10300 which I paid in full. This is the before and after of the work that was done to say I am displeased and want and all my money back is an understatement. Yes I contacted them they agreed to fix it and did not fix it. Yes Im getting my money back asap. I hired and wanted professionals this is what I got. Trash and just a mess. Who was suppose to clean this. Why?

In general the worst customer service around.Local personal don't communicate and give you quote and don't honor it..the 1800 number is a joke with rude service along with account specialist that don't respond to emails...After honoring my part of contract in which I was not given correct price I canceled services..Terminex then went to remove bait stations leaving huge pot holes in property after I specifically told them not too..again no communication with local office..customer service is extremely bad I would be ashamed
