Interim

Went there for my birthday a few days ago , it was excellent! The food was amazing and our waiter was as nice as he could be. I got the salmon over a bed of cauliflower risotto with a few brussel sprouts and it was so delicious, my husband got the airline chicken that had potato gnocchi and mushrooms and it was divine! We also got dessert I think it was called "the bourbon " oh it was to die for!!! The bread was so good and fresh (worth the $3.00) Everything in this restaurant was amazing, hope to go there again soon and try other menu items! (Update: Went there for the second time for our anniversary and the food was equally great. Husband got some roasted chicken and i got the faroe island salmon. Both entrees were amazing. Will continue going there. Bread was awesome too! )

We had not visited Interim in over a year, so we were quite delighted to find the same superb service and food. The wait staff are very attentive without being obtrusive. The restaurant is open with the ability to watch the kitchen preparing your food but is not loud. I particularly enjoyed the crispy fried oysters as an appetizer followed by the duck breast. Great time!
