I sent my cousin here last year and he is still sober today. I would highly recommend the team at Pax Memphis. it is hard to find a rehab center with staff members who really care about their patients but the therapists and techs here are awesome! The facility is super nice too

Please do not send your love ones to this place. The clients can leave and go as they please. Tech are too busy trying to be friends with clients. While other techs are sleep. My daughter never got any help at this place she didn’t have a chance. Pax billed her insurance and billed her as well. On top of that they told her that she need to pay outta pocket to stay there. The outcome for my daughter was not good. Please find another place. Until this day I haven’t heard from Pax regarding any sympathy or condolences.

My daughter was here for a couple of months. It was promising at first. Her belongings were stolen by someone living with her. No communication from staff. Our insurance was billed 30,000. Now my daughter is back home and nothing has changed.

I went to Pax Memphis in 2019. The facility was very nice, but the staff was the nicest part. I couldn’t say enough. Amanda walker is what really made this place great. Without her I wouldn’t have been as successful as I have been. Thank you pax but more importantly. Thank you Amanda
