One of the worst banks Ive ever used. Locks your card and you cant contact a single person over the weekend. You can barely contact someone during the week as they only operate while everyones are work.

I've not been to this bank yet, but they come in the highest regard according to my professional contacts. I would hope they were impersonal.. I don't like my banker trying to be my friend, knowing my spending habits etc lol.. either way, I understand that McKenzie Bank will take care of my International Life.. I may be mistaken but I've heard they trade currencies?

These are some of the rudest people I have ever delt with over the phone. It seems it's reoccurring issues with most of their customers. The company is definitely lacking in customer service and a company I will never deal with again and will never recommend anyone to use.

I have never been so insulted in my life. My husband and I opened a new account and safety deposit boxes. Everyone was so nice. My husband set up the on line app. He was having problems logging in. Well Joe aka Vp called cause he put in the wrong ss number for my husband although it was right on the papers we filled out. It came back with a woman's name so he told my husband he thought we were there to defraud them. Really?. That is F$#ked up. The never called back. Never appolized. We closed our accounts. They charged us for checks and a safety deposit box we never used.
