        We had a problem with another vet, we were scheduled to have are dog bear to sleep and they canceled on us at last minute. But I called Fairview and they had us come in right away and everyone was so very sweet to our pet and our family and gave our baby and very easy rest and I know he is no longer in pain and has a new fresh life now. And you to all the employees of Fairview animal hospital and making our day so much easier today.

        The doctor is absolutely fantastic and thorough. The front desk staff has been less than ideal and sometimes behaves as if they are doing you a favor. Considering I am now purchasing all of my cats medication (monthly) and food (bimonthly) there I would say I have a relatively firm grasp on the customer service there. Some of the staff is great, but some are so off putting that I am considering take both of my pets elsewhere.
