        My fianc and I have lived at Bridgeway Apartments for nearly two years and we love it! Candace and her Team are friendly, kind and professional and they run a well-maintained apartment complex. The grounds are beautiful, with mature trees and seasonal landscaping, which are perfect for walks with your family and four legged friends. The apartments are clean and well maintained with beautiful balconies. The gym, outdoor pool and resident activities are a nice touch. We've enjoyed getting to know the residents, who are warm and friendly. What more could you ask for?

        Living at the Bridgeway Apartments in Maryville, Tennessee, for over nine years has been a life full of happy memories, and I have met and gotten to know wonderful people who work and live there. It is the most environmentally friendly apartment I have lived in. This complex has a creek, plants, shrubs, and trees with farmland surrounding it. The blowing ornamental grass in the spring and summer makes me smile while I watch it grow, reaching to the sky. The staff and maintenance staff take the time to speak with us in the office, on the grounds, and work with us on whatever issue we might have. Besides being friendly, the maintenance crew is quick on the work orders. They, as well as the staff in the office, work hard, keeping things right and working with us because they care. We respect them and are thankful for each one of them. This apartment complex is in an excellent location. Being abble to walk to The Dollar General Store, Buddys BBQ, and the Asian Cafe. The nearby Foothills Mall has banks, restaurants, and a grocery store. It doesn't take long to drive to the town of Maryville or the Greenway, where we walk. You can tell I have loved living at the Bridgeway Apartments. All apartments have quirks, but this place is my home, and the quirks are minor. I look forward to living at Bridgeway for many years to come.

        Love living here. Apartments are spacious. Office staff is AMAZING!!!! Great tenants. Maintenance staff is so awesome and appreciated. Don't ever want to leave.
