Horrible! On first call explained what I needed,ask for price est. Wouldn't give until they look at area. Get to my home at 9:49am, my young daughter was there to let them in. I had to work. They called me to tell me what they needed to do,replace shut off valves. Again I ask for price. NO cant tell me till they take them off. I never received a call back with a price, they just continued for a total of 4 hrs. I have security camera and watched them go in and out of my house 73 times. 3 of them came to repair or replace shut off valves. I had purchased a new vanity top/sink along with everything needed,water lines,drain ect. I was going to install. They installed it. Still NO ph call on a price. At the end they charged $553.00 for a job that should have taken 1 person 2 hrs at the most. When I called them about the over charge they said well there were 3 of them. When I told them I have them out of my house more than in the house on camera they said they were getting parts. I don't know anyone's bathroom sink that needs 73 parts on it! He refused to adjust his charges. Shame on me for not looking at other reviews. I see there are other women who had problems with over charges. Im contacting the BBB and in the process of reaching out to the other women who were taken advantage of. As a group possibly pursuing these people.Its just sad that this business takes advantage of people!

Charged $370 for about an hour of labor installing a new faucet and installing a new stopper on the toilet. Didn't fight them on it because small businesses are struggling with the pandemic, but then saw on their yelp reviews that they just consistently overcharge.
