Got a great budget build pc from them. Looks amazing, plays amazing. Handles big games like Blizzard products and origin for any pc gamer. Had a faulty part come in and they stayed on top of it like nobody's business. The customer service is in a league of its own with no competition. They stayed in touch and kept me updated regularly through the process If you want to support your local businesses and are in the market, SKR is where to go. 5 stars on all accounts 👍👍

My husband and I were looking at purchasing a new PC, as the one we had could no longer handle the load of a game + stream. I had been searching for a week, looking to find a pre-built PC or a custom built website. I looked up for a shop locally, thinking I could purchase the parts needed and ask someone to build it for us. That's when I found SKR. Within about 30 minutes, Kody had walked me through what I was looking at, looked over my list and took our budget to calculate what I had originally planned vs what he could do. We opted to go a bit over budget, because I wanted this to last for a few years to come. Kody found us prices, had an invoice sent to me, and parts ordered ALL IN THE SAME DAY. What I thought would take a month or more to deliver on, SKR had constructed and delivered it to us within just EIGHT DAYS. It's beautiful, silent, and has given me 0 dropped frames for almost a month now! Then, when I had an issue at home, they offered to come over and solve it for me immediately. (Turns out it was that our monitor was too old ~oops!) So we purchased a new one, and have had zero problems with it at all. From here on out, we will go to no one but SKR for all of our custom PC needs! I highly urge everyone else to do the same!

I needed to find some local people who would build a state-of-the-art gaming rig for me. I located SKR online and reached out. They were very prompt in responding. I assembled most of the components for the rig and then delivered them to SKR to assemble. The total project only took a couple of weeks. SKR did an absolutely first-rate job assembling, installing and testing my gaming system. When I got it home setup was easy and it worked flawlessly. Communication to and from SKR was great throughout the entire process. They kept me apprised of each stage and were very helpful in providing guidance and suggestions. For the amount of work they had to do, their pricing was very reasonable. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. It is very hard to find anyone willing to do custom computer work these days. You can order a pre-built online (which was my initial plan) but the turnaround time can be too long. Instead, I chose to assemble exactly the components I wanted and then turned to SKR to put them together. That was, by far, a better choice than a pre-built. I am so happy I chose that route. I would have friends and family use them without reservation. SKR is a growing business and I will certainly use them for all my future computer work. They are competent, professional and responsive. A+++++++++
