We went to celebrate my husbands birthday and arrived at about 4:00 pm. Although the restaurant was empty, the 3 young ladies at the door did not greet us. It was a rather Luke warm reception after I said hello to one of them. We did not have reservations, and were promptly directed to the bar for our dinner service. The issue was that my husband has mobility challenges. It was difficult for him to get up on a stool and the first one he tried was quite wobbly. The bartender was very kind as I explained we were trying to see if my husband could comfortably sit at the higher seating. Unfortunately he could not- that being said if you have mobility issues, I would not recommend this restaurant. The handicap parking is on a slope, so if you are not with an assistive person it would be problematic. The 3 young ladies at the door never asked if there were any special needs or concerns. We were at the door leaving and I asked when reservations could be made- the one young lady said whenever, and never offered instructions on where or how that could be done. It was my husbands 70th birthday, and I thought we might try some time in the future. He commented later (and I agree) the way the hostess staff acted made him feel like we were not welcomed and certainly not valued as guests. I am sorry we did not get to enjoy a celebration here, but we certainly felt like they were not considerate of people with disabilities or interested in our patronage.

Escargot and venison were excellent. Great ambiance as well!

Patty is the most amazing joyful, full of spirit waitress you could have! We had another wonderful experience with friends at Foothills Milling and Patty made it all the more special! We were well taken care of! The food is divine and delicious as always. Also, being GF myself, the kitchen and staff did AMAZING handling everything with care and no cross contamination. 10/10 our favorite restaurant in town!

This was our first time trying Foothills Milling Co. We had no reservation and the front staff was very accommodating. We were sat in the bar area almost immediately and it was lovely. Hannah N. was our waitress. She was so very pleasant and made us feel like we were the only ones she was waiting on. My wife and I ordered the dry aged NY strip steak. We are both steak lovers and can tell you where to go for great steak. We always compare every steak to our best steak. Although this was not the best steak WE have had, It was the first dry aged steak we had and it had a unique flavor that we both enjoyed very much. They also have there own in house steak sauce that I felt took away from the flavor of the steak but on its own was delicious. All the sauces that we tasted throughout the evening were delightful. In addition to the steak we also tried the lobster crab cakes and they we so delicate and delicious. Three sauces came with the cakes. The sides were a spinach casserole and a potato au gratin. Both were very good. As we were waiting, our wonderful waitress Hannah brought us a delicious basket of bread, a treat from the chef and a palate cleansing lemon sorbet prior to our steaks arrival. As far as the price, it is exactly what I would expect to pay for a good steak and the steak was the most expensive thing on the menu so do not be afraid to give them a try. I will defiantly be visiting more often. A special shout out to our waitress Hannah, If I am ever in the position to higher someone with people skills such as yours, You have the job. Parking: 2 parking lots, 3 if you count the one in the back but I do not.
