Drive an hour to get there and they were polite. Have any kind of metal you would want for a metal building. We were looking for galvalume. They said they had it in stock. Issue was they didnt. But we did go through the warehouse and had something that would work. We will need to do a work around for our cabin but needed it now so bought it. They were nice about it. No discount but it is what it is. Gave us tips on transport. I didnt know the metal would potentially fly out of the back due to wind tunnel. But,,,,,now I do. So watch out for it! They also have log cabin packages but not available currently. Still would recommend them but do suggest you ask more questions when you call if you have to drive any distance

I have owned a business of buying , fixing up and renting/selling property and homes for several years and therefore dealt with a LOT of places to fulfill my building material needs. I have to say that these folks far exceed others in this business including Amish and Mennonite places that I have dealt with. The prices are great. The service is MUCH above average (including the free advice) and the product is very good ! Now days all this under one roof is next to impossible to find. One time I had went there to pick up a couple items and one of the guys handed me $5.00 and said "sorry but we accidentally overcharged you close to $5.00 the last time you were in here." I would have never known the difference but they still done the right thing. Conco will always be my first choice for all my metal needs.
