I am extremely disappointed in T&M. They are continuously "covered up" in work. It took them over a week to look at my vehicle and when they did, the price they quoted me was extremely over inflated. I took my car to a local mechanic who did the same job for half the price. When trying to call T&M for an update, the line was either busy or no one answered. The owner does not believe in hiring the help he needs to keep up with the demands of his customers; not even the very basics to at least have someone to answer his phones. They do not have Saturday hours; not even to catch up on the backlog of vehicles sitting in his lot. The owner seems to feel that between himself and his one lone mechanic that they can meet the needs of his customers. When my wife called to see if they had a chance to look at our car, she was told by the owner that he was at least three weeks behind and if she needed to, she should take the car elsewhere. Poor customer service and price gouging to boot. I will not be taking any of my vehicles back to T&M>

T&M is located at 800 Rickman road. We have used their service for several years now. We have never felt slighted in any way and all repairs we've had done were long lasting and we feel, fair in price. They are courteous and as for time? Most often your vehicle is ready when they say it will be. We will continue to use T&M for as long as we can drag a vehicle into their shop.
