Never have I experienced a more consistently helpful group of people. Customer service and care makes all the difference when you're spending a decent amount of money annually. I have no plans on changing insurance companies anytime soon.

I dropped in to discuss a recently opened claim that I was a little confused about and needed clarification and confirmation on the situation. As always she (I'm so bad with names I'm sorry) invited me to sit down in her office and she looked over the information that had been sent to me. She confirmed it my first claim was closed and if there was a new one opened and she called The proper person to handle the new claim that had been opened and she left a very detailed voice message with the old claim the new claim numbers and some backstory info on the situation. She let me know that if I did not hear from them meeting State farm's auto claims within 24 hours to let her know so that we can handle it before the holiday weekend. I'm happy to say that State Farm contacted me this morning and told me that the claim was opened in error, had been closed and that everything was taken care of so thank you to the nice lady that I talk to every time I come in that sits in the left office with the window whose name is still eluding me up to this moment but thank you so much.
