When you hear the staff whisper they don't care what the client wants as long as they pay... you can already tell it'll lead to a poor experience. We've had many family members funerals at this location and had always had great service. Bills-Mcgaugh at one time was excellent. However, this last family members passing... we will not go back. Hamilton have a VERY poor bedside manner. They did not get in a hurry over the holiday season. They fed us lie after lie and even very literally DUG A HOLE IN THE WRONG CEMETERY PLOT. Who does that? They've lost all our future encounters that's for sure.

Dennis and his team helped my sister and I through a tough time when we lost our mother. We had never been through anything in which you had to plan and deal with so much pain from losing a loved one. Dennis didn't try to take advantage of the situation, he only made it about what we wanted for our mother and did so with no judgment at all. Not only the wonderful service that we did in honor of our mom but her knowing such a honest and wonderful man helped us with her final arrangements, without a doubt helped her rest easy.
