This place is by far the biggest joke I've ever seen my son has attended this place been on the same medication since he was 5 he is now 22 all of a sudden he goes in for a refill and they tell him they have new rules that unless he is full time working or in school full time they will not refill his meds he has been on SSI since 5 for these reasons. they refused to at least give him a 30 day supply to find another DR,DR hill is a joke

Literally only one helpful and kind staff member. If you do telehealth they will never actually call you on the scheduled time, but call multiple times per day on non-scheduled times and dates. Even if you schedule a telehealth appointment with a therapist there they will not call you and then tell you that you missed the appointment. This place is only good for filling prescriptions.

Ive been going here for more than five years now and its been wonderful. Ive only had few issues that were resolved quickly. My case manager and therapist listen to my needs and go above and beyond to make sure that i have the resources i need.

I had an appointment on 2/22, and when I called they said they dont have an appointment for me(it took over a month to get that appt). They keep trying to push medications on me!! They said we can set you up with a medication specialist?! I dont want any medications, I just want to talk with someone.

I called to get information about the RIP program for my son. I did not say a specific name on who I talked to at all, but whomever the girl is that answered the phone had the MOST unprofessional customer service skills ever. Absolutely uncalled for at 9am I had to hang up the phone because not even a full minute I did not want to continue even talking to her. I was just calling to see if they had any later same day appointments. She just kept saying Wellllll maam idk who you talked to I didn't say a name I was told just call back every day to get a time I would be able to make for the same day appointment. I dont even want to continue to call if they have employees like that.
