        This is second time in 2 weeks the service has been canceled and/or no communication about not being able to meet the appointment time. Customer service doesn't care and just wants to reschedule your appointment 4 weeks out not even paying attention to the problem. I live 50 minutes from 1 of my properties. Oh, I'm sorry you weren't called......after this, I'm moving to another company.
