We have been eating here since 1991. The food changed during pandemic. Now I think they have a different cook that just can't make it like the old recipes. You don't need cabbage in Egg Drop soup! There is so much cabbage in it and it is the only thing you taste. We couldn't find any egg. I think they are using cabbage because it looks like eggs.The Pork Egg Foo Young was all onions. Too many onions! It's now $15 for very cheap ingredients. It's now just an onion omelet. The Fried Cashew Chicken now has a different sauce that is very thin and tart. They are using a different cut of chicken that is the same as the chicken in the sweet and sour chicken. Just not like they use to make it before the pandemic. The Sweet and Sour Pork has raw vegetables. They no longer cook the onions, bell peppers and pineapple You try to tell them and they act like they don't understand English, even though they have lived here longer than I. They have just lost a customer of many years. They are taking too many shortcuts. I would be willing to pay more if their food was good like before the pandemic. A. L.
