Terrible company. Poor workmanship, rude employees on the phone, after weeks of waiting to have floors fixed (and being told how busy they are) they send carpet guy out for laminate job. He, of course can’t fix it. Call them, get their voice mail. Can’t believe Lowe’s uses this company.

I recently had tile installed in 2 bathrooms. Kevin and his crew came in right on time, worked all day and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up everything before they left making sure that we were satisfied with the job. I highly recommend Spectrum for your household renovations.

Spectrum (via Lowe’s) has completed two flooring projects for me over the last year. One was 1000sqft of carpet in a flip project and another was recently 2000sqft of pergo in my own home. The crews showed up on time, communicated with me throughout the project, and did a great job. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I would recommend their services.

NOT GOOD!!!I
Here is our experience so far with Spectrum services contracted by Lowes. The gentleman who came measure was totally incompetent. He came in to measure our home (complete flooring replacement upstairs and downstairs). He spends about 90 minutes in my home, measured every room (both upstairs and downstairs), kitchen, bathroom, closets. He then transmits half of his measurements to Lowes. Came to find out he did not measure stairs. So, he came back to measure the stairs. At his second visit, I personally confirmed if he transmitted "all" the measurements to Lowes. He confirmed it was done correctly. We paid for materials and materials showed up from Lowes. On the day of the installation, came to find out the entire upstairs measurements were not transmitted to Lowes by this gentleman. So what we paid for is just downstairs and two bathroom upstairs. We have to work with Lowes to schedule an appointment for measurement again. Same gentleman calls and now demands he will come when he can between a 4-hour window (Which I think is acceptable on normal circumstances), but spectrum is doing THIRD TRIP to measure the same house was because of his original mess up. I would expect a bit of humbleness and customer care from Spectrum renovations. I would have given -2 rating for measuring visits. However, installation team is courteous and on time.
