Cook's Mechanical Services

We met Steve & CMS through our Home Warranty company. He came out and did a great job cleaning the A/C but unfortunately, the owner we bought the house from didn't have a unit put into the house that could actually cool the whole space during the summer. Steve walked me through every possible option on the phone ON HIS DAY OFF! He 100% didn't have to take the time to do that, and I'll say he's got a definite trusted customer with us.

I can highly recommend Steve Cook and his Cook's Mechanical Services. Steve's service level is the best. He was at our home when we needed him to repair our old air conditioning. Unfortunately it was old unit and we determined a new energy efficient unit would be better than just repairing it. He did an excellent job replacing it with at new unit at a very fair price. Twice now I've had Cooks Mechanical Service fix issues at my house. The first time was this past summer when my AC unit stopped working. They were at my house and had it working again within 2 hours. The second time was when my heater stopped working on New Years Eve. To my surprise someone was able to get to my house the same day and fix the problem immediately. Couldn't be happier with the service they provide and how quickly they provide it. I will definitely call them again the next time an issue comes up.
