We did not "sell" you a TV. You redeemed a TV that your friend had pawned. Upon arrival all pawned items (excluding a few repawns that were previously checked) are checked to see if they function properly. They are then stored securely until you pick them up. For that reason, we normally do not "plug in" anything when a customer redeems a pawned item. You observed as we carefully loaded your TV into your vehicle for you at your request.I think you cracked the screen while transporting or unloading the TV but because I am a nice guy and I appreciate your business, the person who pawned the TV can come down and pick out a comparable TV for free. DerrekUpdate Sept 23rd, 2023. Our original pawn customer picked out a replacement tv for free and left happy.
