A must place to visit for spinal treatment! Since starting my spinal treatments at Brown chiropractic Kingston Pike, my back and neck has improved 100%. I was welcomed with open arms and the staff are super friendly! Of all the Chiropractic office Ive visited, this is the best by far!! I brought my husband there as well and loves it! I will continue to visit them as long as I can. - Thank you

Excellent team at this location. Katie is really great at guiding you through exercises. Nice atmosphere and the treatment is very effective! Would recommend to anyone young and old.

The chiropractic adjustment usually leaves me feeling better than before the adjustment. When I first started, I had really bad lower back pain, neck pain, and mid-back pain. Injections were not helpful or comfortable but they were able to get me set up to see their physical therapists after a while. PT working and the exercises have tremendously helped to improve the tension and stress that I carry day to day. I highly recommend Optimal Health for chiropractic and PT needs. Just wish they offered PT more than 2 days per week the appointments fill up fast.
