DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I HAVE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT OR BEEN LATE, 4 YEARS LATER and can't get a pay off amount that isn't ridiculous and way over what it should be.
My lease is long over and yet no one has sent the paperwork with amount to purchase car. You guys closed your local office and will not return emails. I will be speaking to a lawyer and I will not pay ridiculous fees to pay my car off. Im pretty sure your company has breached your side of the contract which would mean our contract is over. My lawyer will be in touch.

I love how they closed down, without a notice to the community, and the lady keeps bringing up that the closest location is in Memphis, currently talking with a lawyer for my title, this company is full of shade. Like lady were are in Knoxville tfff..

RUN RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN IN ANOTHER DIRECTION!!! This is the most unprofessional, unorganized, shade place available to purchase a vehicle.
We had to go through a "buy back" process due to our vehicle being junk, only for them to put us in a vehicle that the state of Tennessee tells me can not be tagged. They recommend taking it to the sheriff's department.
Supervisors refuse to speak with you to clarify and the rude people answering the phone talk over you.
Pretty sure this is a front.

RUN! I would not send ANYONE to buy a vehicle from this place! We purchased a vehicle that was total junk, had to go through their "buy-back" process, which is nothing more than them taking your vehicle back and you making another down payment for them to put you in another vehicle. I have had my car for more than 120 days, still can't get a tag. Called the state, they try pulling the vin only to come back and tell me they would recommend taking the car to the sheriff's department. So I'm currently driving around on an expired drive out tag because I can't get a hold of anyone at the lot, the doors are locked and not a living soul in site. This lot is 60 miles from my home, I work M-F and cant get to the lot, at one point I offered to have my husband stop on his way through since he works in that area and was refused being told the vehicle had to be there. Customer service is HORRIBLE, they're rude, talk over the top of you, refuse to allow you to speak to anyone above them, saying that supervisors do not take phone calls.Again, RUN! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
