        You might as well use a more expensive moving truck for the inconvenience and fees they add. I called almost every store in the area and customer service and no one could assist me with adjusting my contract to check in my truck to the same pick up location. Due to their lack of knowledge of what I should do, I was charged even when I was assured they wouldn’t. Now I have to call customer service, which I have been contacting for about a week on the matter, even when I did what I was told, it was still wrong. I’m in the process of waiting for money that should not have been taken out in the first place. I definitely would say save the hassle and do not use budget truck.
