Rick showed up, hooked us up and got us to a repair shop quickly. I'm in a 38 ft motorhome with a car dolly. Brakes caught on fire and ignited the tire. Initially it was supposed to be a 30 minute response time, but that was a contract company. It took 5 hours on the side of the road. The advertise company was Rescue Roadmaster,They kept wanting me to cancel and adding more time, but they had a 100% cancelation fee. The fee was $1850. But Cedar Bluff towing is amazing! Call them personally!

Our experience with this company was not a positive one. We were assigned this company through our car insurance carrier for tow to a body shop nearby. We were scheduled the week prior (Friday) for a Monday pick up. They were extremely late, customer service was poor, and I would not recommend this company based on our experience. I understand us needing to be bumped for emergency reasons, but the communication we experienced did not inform us of this until we had already been waiting for over 2-3 hours past their estimated arrival time. When they did show up, they took the vehicle without keys, all because whoever entered our information entered in the incorrect phone number. All of this could have been a lot more streamlined and I hate everyone wasted an entire day with this ordeal.
