        If I could give 0 stars I literally would. There is nothing about this place I could write a positive review on. Customer service was horrible, staff is rude, follow up is non existent but they're quick to take payment before any work is done. They expect you to come up with the design, font and logo and that's completely fine, but if it's not in the file form that they want then they keep rejecting it. I'm not a graphic designer or a sign maker. Why do I need to do their job? I wonder how non computer savvy people can use their service. Doesn't make any sense. I asked for a refund and taking my money elsewhere. I'd rather pay more for quality service and quality work.
