The worker was rude. I had ordered my food online said it would be ready at 8:20 it still isnt ready at 8:45 if she doesnt like her job then she needs to find her something else to do. This is the second time that she has been working and this happened I ask for her name she wouldnt give it to me but she is the big heavy set mixed lady I will never order from this location again on western Avenue

I had an online order sandwich preparer did not make sandwiches correctly refused to make them right and refused to come from the back of shop. I honestly wanted what I paid for and couldnt get it and refused to call manager and refused refund. Worst customer service I never had service like this

Great store...until there's an issue and then they will completely ignore you and never address the problem. Regional management will give a generic "sorry your last visit didn't meet your expectations" response, a store manager will never contact you, and nobody will answer the store phone. Patronize at your own risk.
