        All the folks at the office told me how great Lenny's subs was... so I was sadly disappointed with my visit. I did like the decor with the bright colors but it did not scream cleanliness. The stuff behind the counter was disorganized. The staff really did not want to be there - they were hanging out in back so I stood there for like 5 minutes - they did acknowledge that I was there after about 3 minutes. They were not excited about taking my order - it was probably a hassle to make the food. Their signature steak sub was OK... just OK. Not impressive. Just OK. There are too many other sub shops in Knoxville to be just OK.

        Sandwich was pretty standard. 3 stars because I ordered a sandwich with cheese and didn't realize they left off the cheese until I got to my destination 10 miles away. Probably the first and last time I'll visit just for that
