We had a great experience with Scruffy Houses. We didnt know what to expect and honestly were skeptical of the whole thing. But it was much easier than we thought. The house had some issues but they still paid a fair price and we got the money in just less than two weeks. Exactly as they said would happen. Im happy with the outcome and would recommend them.

I was in a hurry to sell a house and it honestly couldn't have worked out better! I got really close to what I thought the house should sell for with a realtor but didn't have to deal with the realtor nonsense. It was a great experience I have recommended to multiple friends.

I would highly recommend this company. I had some water damage in my house and they were still able to buy it for more than I expected. Five stars all day.

I had a house that was in desperate need of repairs that I just didnt want to deal with. They made me a good offer, based on repairs needed. Everything was done with minimal effort on my part. I basically just showed up at closing to sign some papers and get a check! I would definitely recommend Scruffy Houses.
