I am a Real Estate Broker and recently closed a deal with Steve and John. They were truly great to work with. The whole process was the smoothest commercial transaction I have ever had. It was so refreshing to work with another firm that worked together to ensure a happy, successful closing. They handled any little bumps in the road with ease and overcame them easily. I’m the president of APEX Property Management, managing single family homes and apartment complexes throughout Knox & Blount Counties. I was recently hired by two of Goldman Partners Realty’s buyers. There are many important details in transitioning a property to a new PM firm, such as setup of new utility accounts, transfer of security deposits, rent prorations, and vendor notifications. Then there is physical transfer of all paperwork for tenant files, leases and property keys at closing. Steve & John understand what is needed to make a smooth transition and were great to work with! They were knowledgeable, timely in getting me the information requested, and kept me well informed to closing and beyond.
