Absolutely horrible customer service. They got my mailing address wrong three times even though I called to correct it all three times. As a result my expensive, paid off class ring was thrown away by the post office. It has been four months since I paid it off and STILL have not received it. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

Over 15 days of phone calls were never returned!! Our order was SHORT 15 GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENS, 20 INSIDE ENVELOPE, & 20 OUTSIDE ENVELOPES!!!!! I understand Covid -19 has things moving slower than usual, but this has been over 2 weeks of unanswered/ unreturned phone calls. UPDATE: Once I finally got ahold of someone at the store (under the guise of purching jewelry) they contacted our local representative & the error was quickly fixed. He actually had delivered more announcements and envelopes within 30 minutes.

Thought that my Husband and I had ordered our son's 2020 yearbook but when our son went to pick his senior stuff up there was no yearbook. We contacted Jostens and received no help at all. With the pandemic, you would think they would be more helpful.

I ordered invitations and when I received then the envelopes were all stuck together the glue sealed them. I tried to pry them open so that I could insert the invitiations and they ripped and look ragedy. I am not happy.
