I called Cedar Bluff plumbing frantic because I needed someone out asap. The lady on the phone was so kind and helpful and even though they were booked, were willing to fit me in before the end of the day. So grateful!

Waited 4 hours on two occasions with a no show a bunch of excuses that were lies. Office promised to return calls twice and never did. On first occasion they did show and when I called them they said they had called but in fact had not called as was shown by recent call list. Said they would call back and never. When called them we had to reschedule for next day. They scheduled for morning and we rescheduled for afternoon. Plummer called in morning and was told it was scheduled for afternoon. Mid afternoon called Plummer who was rude and disrespectful and hung up on us. Called office who said they would get right back to us. As of today (3 days later) we have heard nothing. Very unprofessional encounters

Adam and Stephen were great. They came and solved our problem and were just so nice to be around. Thanks so much They went the extra mile to fix all the problems. You should be proud to have such good employees
