I spoke with Jennifer on the phone. Not only was she inconsiderate, it felt as if she wanted to make it difficult for my child to be seen as a new patient at this office. She tried each and every way to attempt to not take my child as a new patient. She was rude, cold, and not empathetic what-so-ever. When your child is sick, its the only thing youre worried about, and Jennifer made me feel good as if she couldnt care less about my sick child.

We love Dr Glover and the staff! They are always kind, professional and prompt. Dr Glover is very experienced as a pediatrician and parent/grandparent and approaches health from a holistic and realistic perspective. After dealing with doctors who would not take the time to address my concerns as a new parent and scared me senseless listing concerns about growth percentiles, it is a relief to finally have a doctor who listens, cares, and genuinely seems to care about kids.
