I started a class through Roane State and needed the supply kit, Smitty's was what the website stated to get the kit. When I went they were already sold out of the scrub sizes I would have needed the gentleman did tell me that the others would be too big but I was ok with them anyways. He helped me pick out the rest of the items I needed and even gave me a bag to have to carry all of it for class. The reason for the rating so low was that when getting the supplies they didn't have any watches, except 1 bright pink watch, and they told me that they could order more that it would be a week or two. I was ok with that. When calling back a couple weeks later (didn't want to seem pushy) the gentleman told me they have yet to receive them and HE would give me a call when they came in. I told him ok thank you. Well middle November he still hadn't called so I called and he said he would find out what's going on and call me back. He called me back a couple days later and said they should be in by the end of next week. When calling back the following week, so i didn't have to drive all the way to Knoxville for nothing, they still wasn't in. Then I was told they wouldn't have anymore until the next class started. My class started in October, it's now the end of January and I still hadn't heard anything so I called. The lady told me on the phone yes we have them I'll have to find out what happened to your paper in order to get the watch. I asked her to please hold the watch so I could come get it. I just find that the situation wasn't professionally handled and I didn't even get a I'm sorry ma'am for the trouble. I got a here ya go and a walk away.
