They keep calling me even though I have no debt on my credit report through this establishment. I keep blocking the numbers but they keep calling me multiple times a day through new numbers.

They want to place a bill on your credit for collection. You pay it and three months later it's still on your credit. When a bill is Paid off it should come straight off your credit. I have called them four times still no results. So i just did a dispute with credit bureau

The woman I spoke with, Sherry was very hateful. She was argumentative. She talked over me and spoke very hard and rude, but blamed it on the telephone system rather than just being a rude person.

I paid my copay on my date of service but they keep sending me a bill. I’ve sent in a copy of my receipt on 7/29/20 proving that I paid on date of service. And I’m still getting bills. This company is the absolute worst. I’m going to have to find another doctor because of this company’s incompetence.
