Dr Brooks is awesome. The nurse practitioner Abegail is not worth a flip, all she did was prescribe flonaise. next day mom not doing any better, so I called to get her back in n basically was told in a round about way they are refusing to see my mom. When Dr Brooks retires in July, I will be seeking a new dr for her. It's a shame they are treating Dr Brooks's sick patients this way

Dr. Brooks is my Dr. And I wouldnt go anywhere else. Been going to him for years now. Everyone is treated like family not just a #. He is the best, professional, never rushes you through, takes his time and listens to what you have to say, the whole staff is the same way. They are all just wonderful.

I'm editing my review since it's seen bypeople who are involved and alot more ppl who are patients I seen pop up here. Yes Dr.Brooks likes what he does, and I asked him a while back when he had the leg cast on ", Don't you just want to get a few days off and take it easy"? He said, " I'm not an easy kinda person to do that" . LOL Staff and personal are great, for real. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Been going there for approximately 14 years. He is a caring doctor. Means he knows his stuff, has experience, great conversation besides why you are their. I always give an A+ on reviews from the office. They deserve it, and they seem to be a great team!

Both receptionist were RUDE! One hung up on me and lied and said I hung up on her upon calling back. Lied and said my insurance didn't contact them when he placed me on hold and came back to the phone and told me information he would have had to get from them which means he did contact them! One receptionist refused to give me the others name so I could call and file a complaint with the office manager! Lost a future new patient, I would hate to see how they treat existing patients!!!

I'd like one of the physicians or the office manager to please give me a call @865-409-7736.  My daughter and I are interested becoming a patient there but the office staff is giving us a difficult time.  Somebody even went as far as to laugh at her and hang up in her face.  After calling back, they refused to tell her who the office manager was. There's so much more to this story.  Thanks in advance..Rhonda
