        I had a major emergent issue with my car and have had great experiences in the past, but they refused to see me any time in the next two months. I understand there is a staffing shortage but they obviously dont care about maintaining customer relationships.

        Receptionist is the only one that will answer phone parts never picks up literary had to drive to location to get info and not the first time. And no they are not busy.
