I have had State Farm auto and home for 10 years. I had to file my first claim. I asked Ms. Coulter for assistance as she is my agent. I was having a difficult time with the adjuster and the fact that he arbitrarily denied to pay my full mitigation invoice. Other than getting an email from her acknowledging my email, I never heard from her again. That was about 2 month ago. If you want an agent who will actually do something go with an independent agent. State Farm treats its insureds very unfairly. I do not recommend State Farm. The Dept of Insurance has a complaint process for complaints about insurance companies or agents.

My son went through Deanna for sr22 through gainsco..she was so unresponsive and so unhelpful..it's ridiculous..my son had gone to the DMV four times trying to figure out what he needed as far as paperwork from them because he has no response from Deanna or gainsco..my son paid 1500 upfront for 6 month's of sr22 insurance and was treated like he was dirt on the bottom of their shoe. Definitely do not recommend..today he received a letter from gainsco ..stating Deanna Coulter as the agent Saying his insurance would be canceled because he 'didn't esign'..why would he know he had to do that . Why did no one inform him of what he had to do? Canceled for not 'e signing' . After paying in full?? What are these agents doing? Certainly not taking care of their clients..especially if they are young and they can get away with doing NOTHING for them .awful customer service..awful!!!! .

I recently acquired insurance from State Farm. My agent, DeAnna Coulter, was very helpful, informative and professional. I saved big bucks by transferring my account to State Farm and increased my coverage!
